Terms of service

Who can use VidList

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

YouTube

VidList is a social layer around YouTube videos and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Videos always open on YouTube and your use of YouTube is covered by the YouTube Terms of Service. VidList uses YouTube API Services, so by using VidList you also agree to those terms.

What you post

You own your ratings and reviews. By posting them you let us store and show them to other users as the service works. Only post things you are allowed to share, and do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading or an invasion of someone's privacy.

What you must not do

• Harass, threaten or impersonate other people.
• Send spam, such as mass follow requests or invites.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of VidList, or access other people's data.
• Collect data from VidList with automated tools, or use it to build a competing service.

Moderation

We may edit or remove content, or suspend or delete accounts, that break these terms or put others at risk, with or without notice. You can delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@getvidlist.com.

The service as it is

VidList is provided as it is and as available, and it is still in an early trial. Features can change, and the service can be interrupted, or stopped. We do not promise that it will be error-free or always available, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses that come from using it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do; continuing to use VidList means you accept the update. Questions: privacy@getvidlist.com.
